Message	I honestly have mixed feeling's about EBAY H.I.D kits, Its like SSAC and TurboXS and other Ebay Companies. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes its more of a hassle then they are worth. in the case of SSAC/turboxs. Im sure you all have seen the pictures of the Turbo's being glued together. In the case of H.I.D's, Sometimes you get a kit that works and does well. I know of local's around here on a budget that wanted H.I.D's went the Ebay route, less then 24-48 hours later a bulb burnt out or a ballast tuck a shit. So its really a toss up, Its your car and your budget, I just went on google and typed in ebay h i d problems and one of the first links was the following.
